Project Backup: Protecting Your Video Assets
Each time video is transferred (compressed) from one video format to another, there is some loss in quality.
At AVP Media, we strongly believe in helping our clients protect and preserve their
valuable video property. We do this by recommending to our clients that
we transfer all of the client’s production media, edit lists, and all other associated
project data onto a portable hard drive or other sufficiently large storage media.
This provides the client a way to store media in it’s highest, original quality;
and to easily update their video projects from the original materials without generation loss.
